Transfer and Withdrawals

The procedures for transfers and withdrawals are as follows:

1. Parents should contact the principal or counselor at least one day prior to the withdrawal date.
2. The counselor will present the student with a check out form.
3. The SIMS Department will be notified.
4. The media Department will be notified.
5. The cafeteria will be notified.
6. The bus driver will be notified. (if the student rides a bus)
7. All fees and charges must be cleared.
8. All books must be turned in or paid for if lost.
