Hello Jr. Viking family, 

It is an honor for me to be able to come home and serve the children of Lenoir County. Not many years ago I walked these same hallways, filled with the dreams that all young persons dream. Now it is my pledge to assist the students, faculty, and the staff of Rochelle Middle School with their dream of making Rochelle Middle School great.
 
I am pleased to report that RMS has obtained "HIGH ACADEMIC GROWTH" based on the NC ABC's Model of accountability for the 2009-10 school year. I know that with your ongoing support that we will continue in this positive direction. We are all very excited about the upcoming school year. We have worked very hard this summer to prepare for the arrival of our bright young students. The A+ Model for Arts Integration will assist our efforts in providing the best education possible to all of our students.
