When parents are involved, students have:

* Higher grades, test scores & graduation rates
* Better school attendance
* Increased motivation, better self-esteem
* Lower rates of suspension
* Decreased use of drugs and alcohol
* Fewer incidences of violent behavior

You can be your best when you get enough good sleep! Believe it or not --- Kids ages 5-12 need at least 10-11 hours of sleep each night! Just look what a difference sleep can make on your performance.
