Northeast Elementary School held a 2 day Jump Rope for Heart Event on February 16th and 17th. The students raised an impressive $1,092.70 for the American Heart Association. Mrs. E. Simmons' 3rd Grade Class raised the most money , $223.25. The class received a set of individual jump ropes and a set of double dutch jump ropes for their efforts. Third Grader LaQuarius M. was the top fund raiser raising $127.25.
